Employment-based first preference: priority workers.
EB-1 includes three subcategories: EB-1A extraordinary ability (self-petition), EB-1B outstanding professors and researchers, and EB-1C multinational managers and executives. EB-1 is typically the fastest employment-based path because the worldwide category is often current.
