F4 Preference
Family-based: brothers and sisters of adult U.S. citizens.
F4 allows U.S. citizens age 21 or older to sponsor their siblings. Waits are among the longest in the immigration system — often 14 to 20+ years worldwide and even longer for Mexico and the Philippines.
