EB-3
Employment-based third preference: skilled workers, professionals, and other workers.
EB-3 covers skilled workers with at least 2 years of training, professionals with a bachelor's degree, and "other workers" performing unskilled labor. All EB-3 cases generally require PERM labor certification and an employer sponsor.
