Form I-129F is filed by a U.S. citizen to begin the K-1 fiancé(e) visa process for a foreign-born partner. After approval, the case moves to the National Visa Center and a U.S. consulate abroad. The couple must marry within 90 days of the foreign fiancé(e)'s entry.
