L-1 Intracompany Transferee Visa
Nonimmigrant visa for executives, managers, and specialized employees transferring within a multinational company.
L-1A is for executives and managers (up to 7 years); L-1B is for specialized knowledge employees (up to 5 years). Both permit dual intent and are common pathways to EB-1C.
