Visa for victims of severe forms of human trafficking.
T status is granted to victims of severe trafficking in persons who are physically present in the U.S. due to trafficking and who comply with reasonable law enforcement requests. After three years in T status, the holder may apply for a green card. Annual cap is 5,000 principal T visas.
